Avon Live Laugh Love Leadership Conference 2016

It was the time of year again to celebrate achievements with Avon Live Laugh Love Leadership!

UK Avon Sales leaders were invited to join in celebrations and share success stories at Live Love Laugh Leadership event 2016. This year we were hosted by the lovely Karla Kubikova, Executive Director of UK sales at the Hilton hotel, Birmingham.

Thursday 18th August was the date for 2016. We were invited to arrive by 9.30am to register and go into Kings Suite for coffee. At 10.30am presentations commenced in Monarch Suite where we sat theatre style in divisions. Lunch was served in the Palace Suit followed by the afternoons announcenments. Check in was at 5pm and we were back down for 7pm pre-dinner drinks in Palace Suite. The gala dinner was served in the Monarch suite followed by a disco in Palace suite.

With some great presentations UK sales leaders found out the new incentives and ideas that will help us grow our businesses in the fourth quarter. The product display was amazing – Avon have excelled themselves this year with the Christmas products! It’s always great to see the products, so much easier to recommend and sell them.

Drive your dream winners 2016 were announced at the Gala Dinner. The Drive Leadership incentive gives Sales Leaders the opportunity to drive away with a brand new car!!

Celebrate leadership this year was a trip to Seville. This incentive awards the Top 20 ranked Sales Leaders nationally at Advanced Leader level and above.
